To improve people’s wellbeing outcomes and meet the challenge of sustaining care and support into the future, we are creating the next plan for health and social care.

The Integration Joint Board is developing their next Strategic Commissioning Plan (SCP) 2022 – 2025 using feedback from and involving as many local people and people who deliver health and social care as possible.

We are asking people to help us create the next SCP and shape the future with us.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, hard copies of the First Draft SCP are only available on request and all engagement sessions will be  undertaken online. Engagement sessions are taking place on the dates shown in the blue panel above and you are welcome to join any or all of them.

The closing date for comments on the Draft SCP is 15 August 2021
