What can I do for myself?
However you’re feeling at the moment, there are lots of things you can do to look after your mental health and
wellbeing. It is important to take time out for you and be kind to yourself as well as others.

You may find it helpful to seek other supports such as organisations and agencies including School Nursing, Youth Counsellors in Schools, Childline, Young Minds or the Samaritans.

Express your reactions in the way you feel most comfortable.

Look after your physical health, eat well, move your body regularly. Try to be active and try to get enough sleep.

Make time for activites that make you feel happy.

Try and return to your usual routine as soon as possible.
