National Resources
Wellbeing Hub Scotland offers a range of support and advice resources for people working in health and social care
Coaching for Wellbeing is a free service that was launched in May 2020 to provide tailored support to staff working in health, social work and social care.
It offers you a safe, confidential space to reflect on what is going on for you right now, and why you feel the way you do.. You can discuss any issues that you are currently facing and finding challenging, professional as well as personal; and be supported to develop strategies to cope with these situations, as well as ways to adapt to and learn from them. If you lead others, you can use this space to explore how you can support the wellbeing of your team.
You will be matched with a coach who you will work together with as much or as little structure as you wish. You will receive two hours free coaching online and you have the flexibility to use this time the way that suits you best.
